Bidding Procedure
This is a "Live In-Person" Auction. All bidding will take place in the Auction Sales Room at the noted venue. Online Bidding and Online Catalog will NOT be available for this Sale. All transactions are subject to the Conditions of Sale. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Your bid activity will be reflected on your invoice which will be ready at our Registration/Cashiering Desk. The Live Auction will NOT be webcast to our App and Desktop bidding platforms. Please ensure you arrive early to Register and Preview the Lots at this Live Auction. If you are unable to attend this sale, but wish to place bids during Live Auction, you may fill out the Absentee Bid Form, and send a signed copy to request@federalauction.ca by May 19th, 2023 5pm. Invoicing & Settlements
Invoices will be ready at our Cashier Desk before you leave the Auction Venue. We accept the following methods of payments: Credit Card/Bank Draft/Cash settlements (Max Cash $9900) must be made in-person, and only available in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto; Bidders located outside these cities must settle funds via e-Transfer/Bank Wire methods listed in our Terms.

Pickups/Shipping & Insurance
Live Auction Bidders: winning bidders may pickup their paid-up items once Invoices are settled on auction day.

Absentee Bidders: If you are not present at the Sales Floor your Invoices & Payment Options instructions will be emailed to you in post-auction email which will be attached with your invoice (Please allow 24 Hours for emailed Invoices). Once you have settled your invoice balance, we will coordinate an insured shipment to your address. We are please to provide Free Shipping & Insurance domestically in Canada.

For International Shipments, your invoice will reflect Shipping & Insurance to your destination. For International bidders, we will export your items free of Sales Tax, and we strongly advise you learn about import restrictions and your Customs Duties & Import Taxes in advance of placing bids. We will provide shipment tracking details via email at time parcel is ready to dispatch.
