Bidding Procedure
This is a "Timed Then Live" Auction. For your convenience, we offer pre-sale bidding via our mobile and tablet Apps and our website until the Lot has been opened by the auctioneer. Once the Lot has been opened, live bids are executed in our virtual sale room, via mobile app and desktop. All transactions are subject to the Conditions of Sale. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Your bid activity, bid results and pro forma auction results will be available real-time via our website and mobile apps. Finalized results will appear after completion of the sale. Note that items that do not have any offers/requests will not be opened during this Live Auction process and will be deemed Passed. The Live Auction portion will be webcast to our App and Desktop bidding platforms. Please ensure you Register early, and enable Video/Audio setting on App when joining Live Auction. Invoicing & Settlements
Invoices will be emailed to you with payment options within 24 hours after the auction closes. You may reply to the email with settlement method, and delivery dates and times. Credit Card/Bank Draft/Cash settlements must be made in-person, and only available in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto; Bidders located outside these cities must settle funds via e-Transfer/Bank Wire methods listed in our Terms. Please follow Payment Options instructions in post-auction email which will be attached with your invoice. At the close of this Auction we will charge your saved payment method to cover the hammer price, buyer’s premium and sales taxes (if applicable) for lots you won.

Shipping & Insurance
Once you have settled your invoice balance, we will coordinate an insured shipment to your address. We are please to provide Free Shipping & Insurance domestically in Canada. For International Shipments, your invoice will reflect Shipping & Insurance to your destination. For International bidders, we will export your items free of Sales Tax, and we strongly advise you learn about import restrictions and your Customs Duties & Import Taxes in advance of placing bids. We will provide shipment tracking details via email at time parcel is ready to dispatch.
